Peggy Black
With a reputation for putting clients' goals, needs, and objectives at the forefront of every real estate transaction, Peggy Black combines her in-depth knowledge of the Southwestern Idaho real estate market with her exceptional communication and negotiation skills to every real estate transaction. Peggy is well known for superior customer service and dedication to her clients throughout the buying or selling process. Thanks to her exceedingly loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business are the foundation of Peggy's career.
After growing up and beginning her college education in Santa Barbara, Peggy completed her studies at California State University - San Marcos with a degree in liberal studies. She started her real estate career in Southern California, but like so many, sought out a more desirable place to raise her family. In 2006, she brought her family and her love of real estate to the Boise valley and has never looked back.
In her spare time, Peggy is involved in buying and renovating homes with her husband. She also owns and manages several rental properties, so she is acutely aware of the area real estate market from an investor's standpoint.
When not working or playing with real estate, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family. Recently married and now living in Star, Peggy loves spending time outdoors hiking in the foothills, skiing at Bogus, rafting on the Payette, or just hanging out in BoDo.

Buyers
Peggy enjoys working with all types of buyers, from first-time buyers to move-up buyers. She has a particular affinity for those new to the area. Peggy has such an enthusiasm and love for the Treasure Valley she loves to show off all of the great amenities southwest Idaho has to offer, and the many beautiful communities throughout the valley. She also has a great deal of insight into the valley's rental market and likes to work with investors and those seeking income properties.

Peggy has assisted sellers of various types of homes from condos to large estates, from bare land to vacation homes, and most everything in between.
Dalton Black
With a diverse background in real estate, law, and insurance, Dalton Black brings a broad spectrum of experience to the purchase and sale of real estate. Dalton provides support in the areas of marketing, management, valuation, and market analysis to Allred-Black.
Dalton earned a B.B.A. from Idaho State University and a J.D. from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles. He practiced law in the areas of real estate and insurance litigation before becoming a real estate broker in Southern California. Dalton went on to build a very successful, multi-location insurance brokerage before moving back to Idaho in 2009. For the past few years, he has focused his efforts on purchasing and renovating properties in the Treasure Valley. A licensed contractor, Dalton brings a unique perspective to the valuation of distressed property.
In his free time, Dalton can be found skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer, and spending time with his amazing family.
